Mechanicsburg – Buddy Kofoid romped to the win on opening night of the C & D Rigging World of Outlaws Summer Nationals at Williams Grove Speedway on Friday night. The $12,000 victory was the second of Kofoid’s career at Williams Grove and his 10th overall on the outlaws series tour in 2026.
