RAHMER SCORES FIRST LINCOLN SPEEDWAY WIN OF 2026 IN SATURDAY THRILLER

ABBOTTSTOWN, PA (March 14, 2026) – Freddie Rahmer made the pass for the lead after the halfway mark and held off a late challenge from Anthony Macri to score the 30-lap 410 Sprint Car feature victory Saturday at Lincoln Speedway.

The night began with Tyler Ross and Matt Campbell bringing the field to green, with Ross edging ahead of Campbell through turns one and two to claim the early lead. Ross quickly established control with Rahmer settling into second and Campbell, Troy Wagaman Jr., and Billy Dietrich rounding out the top five.

The first caution flew on lap two when Justin Whittall spun in turn four. On the restart, Ross maintained the lead while Wagaman slipped past Campbell for third. Meanwhile, two-time winner Chase Dietz—who started fifth—began working forward, racing past Danny Dietrich for sixth before muscling his way by Billy Dietrich for fifth.

As the leaders reached lapped traffic on lap nine, Ross continued to pace the field with Rahmer glued to his rear bumper. Dietz soon climbed to fourth, while Wagaman worked the bottom groove in pursuit of Rahmer for second.

The battle intensified as Dietz briefly challenged Wagaman for third and Danny Dietrich joined the mix, with Anthony Macri closing quickly to create a tight multi-car fight just outside the podium positions.

A caution on lap 15 for Billy Dietrich, who spun in turn four while running eighth, reset the field with Ross leading Rahmer, Dietz, Wagaman, and Danny Dietrich.

On the restart, Rahmer made his move. Sliding Ross for the lead, Rahmer completed the pass to take command of the race while Ross settled into second and Dietz and Wagaman continued their battle behind them. Macri soon entered the top five and wasted little time advancing, racing past Danny Dietrich and then Dietz.

With ten laps remaining, Rahmer began to stretch his advantage while Ross and Dietz fought over second. Macri closed rapidly and surged past Dietz for third before tracking down Ross. With four laps to go, Macri completed the pass for second and set his sights on Rahmer as lapped traffic again came into play.

The race took one final turn when Dietz spun in turn two while running third, setting up a two-lap shootout between Rahmer, Macri, Ross, Wagaman, and Campbell.

When the green flag returned, Rahmer nailed the restart and drove away over the final two circuits to secure the win, his first of the 2026 season at Lincoln Speedway.

Macri finished second, followed by Ross in third, Wagaman in fourth, and Campbell completing the top five.
