  • 915am-1230pm: Serve to Public

  • 11am: JUDGES MEETING

  • 12pm: CHILI TURN IN TIME (at judges table)

  • 1215pm-1245pm: JUDGING

  • 1pm: AWARDS CEREMONY

  • 115pm-230pm: CLEAN UP & TEAR DOWN

  • Guaranteed Prize Money 1st- $1,000, 2nd- $500, 3rd- $250

  • Trophies for 1st, 2nd, 3rd. *Judging panel selected by beerhill Gang

• RULES​

  • There are NO RULES!  What you call chili is what we will call chili!​

  • Chili can be red, white or green.  With or without beans, any meat

  • Please bring everything you will need to the event, tables, extension cords, power strips

  • All sample cups, bowls, to-go cups, napkins and spoons will be provided by NOCC and given to teams morning of the event

  • If teams want to sell bowls, or to-go cups to help raise more, Its is certainly welcomed.

  • General Admission​- $45

  • Youth (13-20 ages)- $20

  • 12 & under FREE

  • Pits- $50 (ALL ages)

    • All spectators must sign RELEASE and WAIVER of LIABILITY, ASSUMPTION of RISK and INDEMNITY AGREEMENT form when purchasing a pit band.

    • 17 & under must complete a MINOR'S ASSUMPTION of RISK and RELEASE and WAIVER of LIABILITY form before entering pit. This only needs to be filled out once for the season but must be signed at pit shack with parent or guardian present.

    • 14 & 15-year-olds must be accompanied by an adult while in the pits.

    • Owner/Drivers participating in a race event's children are exempt from age restrictions.

    • 13-year-old: pay pit price and get a pit band (unless on guest list)

    • 12 & under: get a guest band and sign appropriate minor sheets
